Nedbank and their poor service

I was unemployed from February 2023 to August 2023. I arranged with Nedbank to pay a certain amount on my credit cards upon which both parties agreed. Today I phoned Nedbank Credit Card Department to change my arrangements as I can now afford to pay more towards my Credit Card outstanding amounts, only to FIND OUT I HAVE BEEN PLACED ON ITC!!! I requested the *********** person I spoke to, to notify her manager/team leader or whatever these people call themselves, to phone me back.... but no call from Nedbank.... just another annoyong reason why I cannot wait to get away from nedbank and their PATHETIC BAD BAD BAD service!!!😥😭😭😭😥
