Nedbank and their payshap department

On the 8th of October 2025 I attempted 3 times to do a payshap transaction to a capitec account and they all failed. When these attempts failed I opted to do an immediate payment which went through after the usual 30 minutes I was avoiding.

Later i realised that I had been charged 3x R552.75 and 3x R100 which amounts to R1958.25. I initially thought they were going to pick up the error and rectify since it appears there was a system glitch on their side but no I am bearing the cost.
