Nedbank ***** and theft !

I called into nedbank to get my credit card settlement amount notifying them that I will be leaving the country closing my account. I then paid the settlement amount in full and was told that I should destroy the card and the account is sent to the closure dept. A week later I was billed finance charges on my "closed account" and have still been receiving finance charges on a confirmed closed account. I have called nedbank and emailed them regarding this and have yet to receive feedback on thise case. This is ***** and I will not be paying for finance charges on a card that was confirmed was settled and closed. I will be taking further action as this is theft!
