Nedbank and SAA Voyager Mislead Clients

Nedbank administers a credit card for SAA Voyager. Clients pay an annual premium to purchase \benefits". One of these benefits is earning a free air ticket (companion ticket) after spending up to a certain threshold PA. SAA Voyager must advise of such qualification in writing within 45 days after reaching the threshold. During 2014 I earned such a ticket but they refuse to issue it because \""it does not reflect on the system\"" Despite numerous calls and emails"
