Nedbank and Replacement Debit Card

I need help regarding a new debit card issue. Will make this post as short as possible! Hubby and I returned to UK over 4 years ago and have been using Nedbank debit card with no problems. Hubby is now in care with Alzheimer's, Psychosis, deaf and nearly blind. Debit card expires end of May, Nedbank insist that he must appear in person at branch in Gansbaai to receive said card! Have explained his situation and offered to pay courier service to have card sent but refused this. I have contacted the Nedbank CEO who put this to his team of "experts", I had to take a "selfie" through the App then change phone number. The man is 89 and suffering from the above, tried at least 60 + selfies and not one was accepted. He cannot understand simple requests and made it very difficult. Account was left open due to us not being able in any way to make contact with the Pension being deposited each month. We need this money to help pay for care and daily living but seems like the account will go dormant and stay that way until hubby passes away!! He did not have this account in online banking and that is a further issue! Can anyone please help or advise what we must do in order to be able to draw on this account each month after end May? I'll add I have sent all legally signed UK forms but they refuse accept them. Also note that if I had Power of Attorney, that would also not be accepted due to his mental incapacity. All I need is a replacement Debit card and started this process in October last year, knowing that it could take time to organise. Many thanx for any help and advice asap please
