nedbank and pathetic customer service.

I get an email from nedbank stating "Your Nedbank Master card has been temporarily blocked. Please call our ***** Department on *** to confirm purchase(s) on your card ending with ?1471". I then see there is also a missed call. I phone them and can't get through. I phone again and the number is unavailable. This goes on several times. Does nedbank only try to reach you once. How pathetic?
