Nedbank and Nedbank Home Loans Departments

Nedbank Home Loans have decided to deduct homeowners insurance since 1 Jan 2024 after sending proof of homeowners insurance via email twice.. I got my Private banker involved and she has since decided that I was not worth the effort and no longer replies to emails and my telephone calls. I am now stuck paying two premiums and unable to get Nedbank to stop the unauthorised deductions on my account since Jan. My only option is to move bank accounts and ultimately home loans to regain control of the unauthorised deductions.
