Nedbank and MobiMoney

I am so angry, I cannot access the money sent to me via MobiMoney. When I called I was sent to the branch (Tshwane Central 646) the lady and gent told me they can't assist and at the branch I was told they won't be able to assist as it's not their product, which I don't understand as they are the trade partner. I left the branch fuming however happy that in Jan I closed the account I had with them.
