Nedbank and misleading a customer

Deep dissapointment at the time i needed the help they promise everyday but just a let down. One day no you dont qualify next you receive an email congratulations approve.. Happily going to the branch blah blah nothing. How do you out someone through that you dont even know how it would've helped the customee. Just tawt every ones should know about Nedbank and their poor service.
