Nedbank and MFC

I was convinced to open an account with Nedbank in November 2019 because I am finaced with MFC and they were running a special then. Then Nedbank consultant told me that if I open an account and switch my salary then there will be R200 paid to my account towards my car finance by MFC, I made calls from then trying to find out why wasn't the money paid but couldn't get help, I went back to the branch and they just told me to call MFC, I tried to call but no help, even today nothing has changed. So I believe that was a false marketing because they even told the criteria that qualifies a person and assured me that I do qualify and meet the criteria but did not get benefits. This person who assisted me even gave me a greenbacks card and told me about the points that I will get but even today my points are still at 0, I spoke to a lovely and helpful consultant (Samantha) who told me that there was supposed to be R23 going off from my account but no one told me this when I was opening the account but what I was told was that everything is included in the monthly package. I believe that I was ******* to join Nedbank and leave the current bank I was with then. I don't complain much about the services that I get from Nedbank but I hate lies. If I was told the truth or even recruited fairly to join then I would have still joined, not to be told benefits that I would get then get nothing.
