Nedbank and Greenback.

I have spent over R 600,000 with Nedbank Master card this year hoping to redeem greenbacks. Nedbank did not credit me with any Greenbacks and simply obfuscate the process. I have dealt with more than five different people and had no joy, everyone appears to pass the buck. Because Nedbank is far too beauracratic to solve this problem it has cost me an enormous amount of money.
