NEDBANK AND FNB ARE PATHETIC

Nedbank and FNB have been completely useless in assisting me , someone deposited money into my account they are with Nedbank I am with FNB , the person did say they did intimidate release on the 15.11.2019 i did receive an SMS from Nedbank , i have been calling both bank so they can assists me and nobody can surely someone can assist me with finding out what happened
