NEDBANK AND DSV cannot delivery the card. Ridiculous Service!

Hi there. Ridiculous no card delivery from Nedbank. I have opened ZERO FEE account with Nedbank but unfortunately DSV Courier cannot deliver the card. If you cannot deliver tmwhy they call you logistic service? If you cannot handle 1 card delivery then why they call you bank! Kindly close my account and cancel the card! Very stupid.
