Nedbank and Checkers pathetic service!!

My daughter used the Checkers app and done the payment through Nedbank. The payment was processed twice. She has the sms's as proof. Also on her statement it diesnt reflect but her balance surely does reflect it! Between NEDBANK and CHECKERS al they do is blameshifting and not trying to help her.

R500 is a lot of money. I am on disability grant so I cant help her. My solid advice is get rid of NEDBANK and all their services. They clearly dont give a damn.Any other bank could be a solution

Their answer stays with we cant help you. Refusing to try and dig a bit deeper or just explain where 500 dissapeard to.

Checkers and NEDBANK is indefnitely removed from her supplier list.
