Nedbank and Cartrack

Nedbank has continued to honor debit orders from Cartrack even after i have disputed those orders more than 4 times. And according DebitMandate/check, multiple disputes cannot honoured any from that service provider because its supposed to have been cancelled automatically. Maybe Nedbank has shares with the service provider. I am ready to close my account
