Nedbank and capitec bank passing the buck

I usually get my interest monthly on a specific date which I use as my monthly income. This month I didn't receive my interest and so i enquired from nedbank call centre and they informed me that they have already paid me and I said to them that the funds are not in my capitec account. So both the banks are passing the buck . I spent a whole day back anf forth from one bank to the other to no avail. I asked Nedbank to furnish me proof showing the funds transferred into my capitec account and they said they can't do that. All I want is my interest paid into my Capitec account like it has been done for the past 3 years so where is my money now.
