Nedbank and American Express

Nedbank asked my to update my card, they gave me a new card with an association to American Express which is embossed on the card even though it was for my normal account. None of the places that I attempted to purchase from accept American Express, how embarrassing made me feel like a ********* !!!I complained via email but no response. Thanks a lot Nedbank for causing all the inconvenience.
