Nedbank and altcoin trader ****

Hi there. So trying to withdraw my money from altcoin trader. Wallets have been locked they allowing money in but nothing out. Keep sending us to Nedbank saying it's Nedbank fault. So trying to get feedback from Nedbank and guess what. Seems like we at a dead end cause no one knows absolutely nothing. So who's really to blame. And no one is even bothered to help Post on Facebook gets deleted and pepper get blocked Howvome???
