Nedbank an Experain

I am not in the credit bureau an neither am I blacklisted all my accounts are upto date. I have been with Nedbank for 15 years an for the last 2 years I have been going back forth with experian an Nedbank to get my name of the records but with no luck I am still experiencing challenges. I have a letter from experian saying that I am clear. What can I do to resolve this issue please assist.
