Nedbank. An absolutely disgusting experience

What a terrible service. After having debit orders returned with no reason from the bank I contacted the bank via the chat on their app and was told that the bank was experiencing an IT issue that was being resolved. Tried to get information about what I should do to ensure my services that are paid for via debit orders I could get no answer. I went ahead and made arrangements and paid my debit orders. Then suddenly on the morning of 06/12 I received a message that says debit order clearing and a debt order gets processed 5 days later. Went to the local branch to find out what's happening and can't get answers. Contact the call centre from within the branch and still can't receive any answer. Request a call back from a manager on the app chat and still waiting. Is this the service that Nedbank offers its clients. If I could rate minus 10 stars for what is going on and the running around and trying to get this resolved I would. Nedbank is fortunate enough today that I am forced to rate one star. Currently I sit and don't know whether any more monies will be taken from my account without me knowing. What an absolutely disgusting and useless service.
