Nedbank an absolute pathetic Bank

I am being harassed by the collection call center and my account should be up to date and I should not be owing anything on this account, as I pulled my payment records and I have paid over R15,000.00 since January 2022. My account only has a credit limit of R10,700.00 how is it possible that I am still outstanding with an amount of R7516.00. My Credit card has expired and I have not collected my replacement Credit Card in the last 2 years.

I need a detailed breakdown on my Credit Card as for the last 2 years I have not used my credit card. How is it possible that I can be owing you this amount. I am going to get my lawyers involved as you are not doing anything with my request. I have mailed you and you are ignoring your clients? Why, because you have the right? The right of what, you need to supply me proof. I will do the calculation if you can't I need a statement from July 2022 till June 2024.

Nedbank is definitely not the outstanding bank they use to be. I have not received a statement for 2 years and when I asked for one, they send me one, but I asked for a detailed one. Why do I need to ask every time, why do you have *****ulent call center agents phoning me if they can't provide me what I require. This morning the guy who phoned me had an absolute attitude; you should teach your staff manners. If you phone me, it does not mean I have to agree with what you are saying. You need to supply me with affiance that I need you any month, for all I know someone is using the card which I never collected and now you keep on expecting me to pay you.
