Nedbank - Amex SAA

I have an Amex SAA Premium credit card and requested a query I made with their call center on 06/08/2021 to be expedited to senior and authorized management. A reference number ***5 was sms’d to me on the same day. I’m still waiting for further contact to resolve my query. Amex SAA is administered by Nedbank in RSA and I’m shocked at their lack of response. I’m also surprised - my business was a corporate Nedbank client for 30 years +, and we always had excellent service.
