Nedbank Amex pathetic customer service

My Amex card was delivered to the incorrect branch 6 weeks ago. Many calls later this is still not resolved. There was no communication with me before delivery to confirm the branch and the archaic process does not allow courier delivery to my home or office. The incompetence of staff on the other end of the line is frustrating.
