Nedbank American Expresss is the WORST BANK ON EARTH

I have an Amex card they offered me a limit increase all the docs have been sent through then my banker tells me to wait till the end of August yet American Express offered me the increase and now I must wait like an idiot yet the card is paid up every month not 1 skipped payment and now after me being charged the fees for this card I have to wait for something that was offered to me ???? Can someone who actually knows what they are doing help me ? I am a platinum card holder which means ****en **** in thier eyes and I will be writing to American Express directly as Nedbank SA is the most useless bank that anyone can ever deal with.
