Nedbank American Express Card

I wonder why one is not able to give a Company zero stars. Here you are forced to give it at least one star. I am the Executor of a deceased estate and have been battling for more than a year to get information from Nedbank about the deceased's American Express Card. This is the cause that our estate can't be finalised. It is not acceptable!
