NEDBANK AMERICAN EXPRESS

Well over a week ago I sent Nedbank an email asking what I owe NEDBANK AMERICAN EXPRESS Still awaiting there response I find this absolutely disgusting WHY are these institutions so lax Then when I do not pay because I do not know if I owe them money I receive threats I was retrenched December 2010 but NEVER EVER received balances from any institution stating my outstanding balance I am soooo over indebted and am 71 years old But do I do?
