Nedbank allows spam transactions to continue after reported

Nedbank does not care about their customers queries.

I have 2 problems on my account that I have been trying to resolve with Nedbank. One of them has been dragging out since 4 December 2018. I have the email trail to prove this. But still Nedbank does not resolve them and does not seem to care about giving me any sort of feedback on the progress. This is truly unacceptable.

My first problem is on the cards my wife uses that are linked to my account. The transaction sms's go to her phone not mine. Which by the way was with my first complaint told to me by my banker is impossible on their system all sms's can only go to the account holders phone. But anyway that is not the case, my wife receives the sms's but I want it changed, so I receive the sms's, it is important for to know what is happening on my account but my banker just tells me the system does not allow this. So what she is telling me is that Nedbank does not allow me,the account owner, to know what transactions are happening on my own account. This is completely illogical and unacceptable! Please assist me to solve this problem which I first logged on 4 December 2018.

My second problem is. I have suddenly started finding transactions from Netflix on my account sometimes twice a month. I have never owned Netflix. I have never used a trail or even tried their service on my name. So there is no reason for Netflix to subtract money from my account. I went to my banker and reported the transactions as spam on 5 February 2019. It has been more than 3 weeks since I reported this spam. But then on the 25th of February 2019. Netflix again subtracts 16usd from my account. This is unacceptable. If something is marked as spam it should not be allowed to be subtracted from my account. I have declared this as spam but Nedbank still allows the transaction to go through. This is completely unacceptable and I hold Nedbank responsible for the last transaction, which I want to be refunded as Nedbank allowed this transaction after it was reported!

This is the first time I have received such bad service from nedbank. It seems like no attention has been given to any of my queries.
