Nedbank allowing Mac and Things *****ulent transaction in my account

My bank account is on a negative due to Nedbank allowing *****ulent transaction. This happened on the 6th of Feb and I logged a case on the 7th. Initially I was told that it will take 30 days for the bank to investigate. Received an email that it will now take 45 days due to increase in volumes. I am failing to understand that how did these people manage to access my card number. I have never bought anything from them. For each transaction I have to approve when I buy online but this did not happen . I also did not receive any sms notification for this transaction. I do not have an overdraft, why did it go through while I had insufficient funds? I was given a number to follow up but no one picks up the call. I have been banking with Nedbank for 20 years and I think at this point they don’t deserve my loyalty. I understand that they need to investigate but it is ridiculous that I have to wait for that long. I can’t access my funds due to a loophole in their system. They told me to contact the merchant, the same people that committed ***** and ask for a refund. Tried to search for Mac and things, of course there is no legit store that exists with that name. @Nedbank, I need my money back and answers.
