Nedbank Agents dont want to work

Getting SMS's and emails none stop from Nedbank abut getting my FICA docs updated.

So i called them. First agent answers, Starts the process, then cuts the call on me. i called AGAIN. Second agent answers and while speaking, Cuts the call on me.

So i guess they dont feel like working at 08:37am. I know how the callcentre works. They drop the call, they go to the back of the Agent Line waiting to take the next call. Its an OLD TRICK!.

Im not calling you again to update. You can call me now as i refuse to waste my time and Money on calls your agents going to drop.
