Nedbank AGAIN!!!

Dear Nedbank.. I just saw your company on social media via the New Nexus page and see you guys have done exactly the same thing to me regarding collecting monies and not refunding for loans which were consolidated.

In June 2021 a company paid Nedbank on my behalf for the 2 loans outstanding. However according to me there should’ve only been 1 loan outstanding because the second loan was taken only because Nedbank could consolidate the first loan and then give me the balance for the second loan.

Why did you list me for both loans and then take the full settlements on both loans. This is not correct and I expect to be refunded for the first amount. Failure to do so and I will also send my query to News Nexus and all other channels I can think of. This is *******
