nedbank again

Again i have to complain about nedbank. Two weeks ago my card stopped working for some weird reason. I thought maybe its the magnet at the back but then the next day it worked again. Again in Paarl to buy something i could not swipe or draw money.I went to the nedbank in lady grey street to find out whats going on? Firstly they did not know what to do. when the one lady asked the other one to help she just didnt care and did her own thing. So the lady who helped me change my pin and said i must go look if it worked. it didnt. So i went back inside and again she helped me but said i must just take a new card because my card is in someway faulty? So fine i need a card to draw money. R130 deducted from my account for the new card. So then i went to draw money and it worked. yesterday i went to swipe my card and it gave me another error. I got upset and went to nedbank in piketberg. I went to get a new card there because my first card expired today and hoped it will work. When i went to draw money it again said it cannot withdraw money. Went in and staff started to make phone calls and helped me. I waited there for a while and then the person helping me came and said that the card was reported ******. I did not make that report. Paarl nedbank must have made that report. So now i have to get a whole new card with a number and everything and again pay for the card. Again R130???? I have to pay for your bank mistakes?? because nedbank staff dont know or dont want to go the extra mile?????? NO!!!!!! If paarl nedbank would have done what nedbank piketberg have done i would not be in this situation!!!! I could have asked them to fix it or something before my other card arrived!!!! So make a plan with your staff because now i have paid for a card i dont need and for a card that was reported ****** and thats bull!!! In the same complaint i want to thank nedbank piketberg for awesome service!!! The only branch that looks like they know about client service!!! Great job nedbank piketberg!!!
