Nedbank added insurance without my permission on credit card

I app**** for a credit card. I t was apporved last year and they added a debt cover insurance that I did not ask for. I have been emailing, chatting on app, been to the branch but nothing gets done to have it removed and refunded back to me. I am no wsick and tired of working with *********** people and need a senior person to sort the issue out for me.
