Nedbank accounts unreliable

At 17.07 on 21 June there was a ***** transaction on my nedbank card, i called the bank and got through at 17.10, all thry said was that they are logging a ***** case for me and I have to wait 6 to 9 weeks. I trusted the bank and my card details where compromised I dont know how and Nedbank refused to reverse the transaction. R17994 was the transaction amount. I cant trust the bank to have my money b3cause in a time like this they refuse to reverse a transaction that took plave literally 3 minutes ago of me getting a hold of the ***** line. This is terrible. What surety does nedbank offer its customers This is pathetic and I will never bank with you people in future. A colleague of mine had a similar issue with fnb and fnb made sure she was refunded.
