Nedbank accounts restricted

I had my accounts frozen due to an amount paid to my account which was “******” from Capitec .This was on the 15 September 2024.My savvy account and sabings account were simultaneously blocked.I sent through necessary evidence to prove my innocence in this matter.I have been calling their forensics dept.nonstop.Today I laid a complaint today Went to the branch twice and the consultant assisting was down right useless.Why block all the accounts .Debit orders returned unpaid .Have no access to my other account.
