Nedbank accounts not helping clients who want to settle and pay off their debt

Good day

long story Short. So I had a loan taken out from nedbank couple years back. Things got rough and life happened. Couldn't pay. Went into debt. Was unemployed for 1year and a half.

I finally got a job and things are better. I decided to save some money and pay them a settlement amount once off.

I have been asking and begging for them to make me a settlement offer in order to close it off. I delt with a lady called Pamela Yendell. Was very kind, but now they not getting back to me. I have the money to settle but they not responding so that I can move forward with my life.

Please assist cause this is getting frustrating now
