Nedbank accounts

I opened an account for my daughter. It has been a week and I have not even heard from Nedank. I selected delivery and nothing yet. So this morningI went on the online chat option and spoke to a Linda Kwinana with no assistance she said she is checking and the not even a minute after that left the chat. Nedbanks service is really getting worse by the day. Absolutely no assistance.
