NEDBANK ACCOUNTING PACKAGE REFUND NIGHTMARE!

It has never been so difficult to get a refund for services not used Like the Nedbank Accounting Package which is supported by SAGE. I have been going in circles for more than a year. The team at Nedbank headed by Mogotsi, R. (Ramonono) simply do not respond to any email communication from myself or SAGE. This is utterly ridiculous. Surely there is an easier way. The service was cancelled and nedbank still debited. I want my money!!!
