Nedbank account that has been blocked

My Nedbank account has been closed and it’s on my saving account been trying to get hold of Nedbank all they do they just transfer me to Some ***** department when I call them they don’t assist me with anything at all I am very disappointed by how they handle their services it’s been a year now trying to fix this but nothing is happening
