Nedbank account opening

I had a bad experiences in Nedbank, I opened account with Nedbank few weeks ago, my consultant that assisted me with opened the account but did not finish the process, didnt do the debt switch as discussed had to do it myself after debit orders bounced from another bank i was switching from . After my debit order switched i did, had another bad experience with MFC deducted money from account twice when i queried it i was told that i can only be assisted after 48 hours. Im so disappointed 😥 i cant explain it.
