Nedbank account on hold for Fica

Nedbank blocked my account without informing me for Fica document presentation Fica was issued and still 3days after they say they have the Fica but the account needs to be reinstated. With no funds to go to work and provide for my child it is ridiculous that even the managers cannot escalate this matter. If it cannot be opened Nedbank needs to transfer my funds into my alternate account and close my account. I will take my business elsewhere.
