Nedbank Account Hacked Third Time

My brother-in-law's Nedbank account has been hacked into for a third time this year. Your ***** division is disgrace because each time they say they must wait for an investigation. They have been told this time they need to wait nine weeks to get their money back. That is ridiculous. My sister is in tears because she cannot pay her medical aid now.
