Nedbank Account Hacked!!!

My Wife's Nedbank account got hacked, she did not subscribe to anything or sign up for any debt orders or any funny stuff linked to her Nedbank account, how ever there is someone fiddling with her account on the app, the stuff happening on the account does not make sense, We called the Nedbank call centre and we went to a local Nedbank branch for assistance and neither could understand what was going on but could see that something is wrong...my wife has lost alot of money due to this and we need special assistance because the call centre and local branch couldn't give us answers, @Nedbank I'm giving you a chance to please contact me, arrange a meeting or something to attend to this matter, I will be looking forward to your prompt response, thank you
