Nedbank account *****

If I could give zero stars I definitely would. We have been having issues with an account being suspended and card blocked whenever Nedbank feels like it. As we speak account works just fine but the bank card is blocked. That's not the only issue , an amount of 4000 went missing from the account during the suspension of the account with an Ubereats reference, the bank was notified and the ***** department team is reluctant to help even after being notified that the transaction was not authorised and uber eats also denies involvement at this point what are the options to help with the money that disappeared **********ly. Not forgetting the account was suspended and could not be fixed for almost 3 weeks , went up and down the branch and was constantly told the system is offline but the 4000 was able to mysteriously disappear while the account was suspended. Nedbank how can you resolve this?
