Nedbank account fees and service

Opened an account at the end November 2019. I opened a student account which has no monthly maintenance fees as per Nedbanks fee's but I've been charged maintenance fees for the months December 2019, January 2020 and February 2020. I was also charged for a counter statement which I never requested. Only been to the bank to open the account, never requested a statement and went in today, 27 February 2020 so query the amounts. No one knows why and a case was supposedly opened.

The service at Nedbank Randburg is pathetic. Majority of the tellers not open.
