Nedbank Account Closure

I have an issue with Nedbank, and no one is willing to assist or even respond. Im unable to access my online banking, and due to that i have decided to close the account as they are unbale to help me remotely and want me to go to the branch of which im unable to due to mobility issues. My request is that they transfer the money in my Nedbank account to another Bank and then close the account. Can somoene please assist urgently, its not a tricky request and should be expedited smoothly
