Nedbank Account Blocked for no reason!!!!!

Not Professional - Account was opened in March 2022 and My salary was put in 1st April 2022 up till this day 22 April 2022 i cannot access my funds, Bank cards decline, app cannot transact, atm declines. Numerous calls which never gets returned, was requested to visited the bank with no success. Client Advisor is Rayhaan Ebrahim Total waste of time thinking becoming a private client will speed up things
