Nedbank account blocked

My account has been blocked for fica verification.i resubmitted my documents at my nearest branch and they told me to wait 48hrs.Till now they haven’t and it’s been 2 weeks no one contacted me,I went back to check on my account but it seems Nedbank is literally lost how fica would not update when they are holding all the required documents . Please help. Grandma passed away just could not hurry for surgery because nedbank is holding my money which I worked for,for no reason. wish they could feel my pain.
