Nedbank ACC frozen

Good day I have a problem with Nedbank they have freeze my acc on the 20th June Stating that the was a deposit in my account that comes from the *****ulent acc....! They then asked me to write an affidavit to state were the money comes, of wich I did and send it to them. after that I call their 0800 number they told me they still doing investigation..they then gave a telephone number of a person who is handling the case: the name is CHANTAL JEKSON...! I've been calling her since from last week Friday till today the phone rings then goes to voicemail, I'll left several massages and I have not get any respond.,! My Problem is that My Salary goes to straight to Nedbank ACC that is frozen ,my debit orders are bouncing , I must pay school fees and school transport for kids..I can't I don't have access to my acc Credit card, Savings and my app are not working I'm gonna struggle with transport money to work. I'm kindly requesting that they open my acc and continue with Thier investigation if the is..so I continue with my schedule...! I have not received even a call from Nedbank...
