THE MOST PATHETIC EXCUSE OF A F****** BANK EVER.... I was a gentleman enough to first contact the bank for the problem. only to recieve a email from the f****** client experience manage saying that if your have a problem take it up with the Ombudsman for banking services

Honestly been banking for 40 years with you pathetic excuse of client service... i will proceed to change banks...
