Nedbank absolute disgrace of a service

I am in arrears with nedbank mfc which is my fault but for the last three months I have been trying to get hold of them to make arrangements to pay my installment plus extra to make up for what I am behind woth no success. I have tried contacting them online on phone calls I even got different numbers from them woth no success this is absolutely ridiculous I am disgusted through covid everything is getting harder day by day and now that you want to make plans no one answers
